Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of psychcare.ai(the "Service"), operated by DomainNado LLC, an Alabama limited liability company ("PsychCare," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not Medical Advice; No Provider-Patient Relationship

PsychCare.ai is an informational and matching platform. We are not a healthcare provider. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the Service does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or clinician-patient relationship between you and PsychCare. Any content on the Service is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.

2. Emergencies

The Service is not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. In the United States, you can also dial or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Third-Party Providers

The Service may connect you with third-party licensed mental health professionals, platforms, and services ("Partner Providers"). PsychCare is not responsible for the acts, omissions, credentials, content, or services of any Partner Provider. Any care or services you receive from a Partner Provider are governed by the separate terms and policies of that provider. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any Partner Provider is appropriate for you.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

PsychCare.ai participates in affiliate and referral programs. We may receive compensation when you engage with a Partner Provider through links on the Service. This does not affect the price you pay.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or reverse engineer any part of it;
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person; or
• Use any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content provided by PsychCare — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to DomainNado LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MATCH, RECOMMENDATION, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DOMAINNADO LLC OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomainNado LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
